The Ormoc City Government headed by Mayor Richard "GOMA" Gomez, Representative Lucy Torres-Gomez, City Officials, PNP and beautiful Ormocanons, hosted a Wreath Laying ceremony to commemorate the 121st Anniversary of the Martyrdom of Dr. Jose Rizal at the monument of Dr. Rizal in front of the Old City Hall /Ormoc City Museum Center.
